Burnham MP Tessa Munt Update

*BURNHAM MP Tessa Munt has attended a screening of an Oscar-nominated documentary about the risks associated with Hydraulic Fracturing.
Wedmore Green Group’s screening of Gasland confirmed Ms Munt’s concerns about Gas Shale Hydraulic Fracturing – ‘Fracking’.
Ms Munt is campaigning for a moratorium on the process – said to pose risks, particularly to water supplies – on the Mendip Hills.
*MEMBERS of The Lamb at Weare’s skittles team have been given a tour of the Houses of Parliament by Burnham MP Tessa Munt.
The team enjoyed a full tour of the Houses of Parliament including a trip onto the famous Terrace of the House of Commons.
Ms Munt said: “I hope they enjoyed it as much as I did.”
