Weston League round-up
1:00pm Friday 27th January 2012

BERROW Reserves made it eight wins from eight with a commanding 5-1 win over basement club Locking Park.
The win keeps Berrow in second place, four points behind leaders Kewstoke Lions, who have played two more games than Berrow.
The result from this weekend’s clash with Lions could prove crucial in determining who secures promotion at the end of the season.
In Division 3, Wedmore lifted themselves away from relegation worries with a 3-1 win over Westend to leapfrog their opponents in the league.
King Alfred Sports Centre suffered less joy in their match against Sporting Weston as they fell to a 5-0 defeat, leaving them five points clear of Division 4’s bottom club Cleeve West Town A.
